OwnCart lets restaurants deliver with their own riders or send orders to Adloggs, Shadowfax or Porter from the same order board. Each outlet sets its delivery radius (minimum 5 km for local delivery), fees (flat, per km, by bill value or mixed), cash-on-delivery rules and OTP handover.

Quote first, you decide
The partner's charge is fetched at checkout, before the order is created. You absorb it or add it to the guest's bill. Even with the delivery charge added, the guest pays less than on aggregator apps.
Three ways to serve
- Door Delivery: address or delivery point, delivery fee, then rider or partner.
- Self Pickup: guest picks the outlet, no address, “Ready for pickup” update, OTP at the counter.
- Dine In: table QR orders to the kitchen, no delivery task. See Table QR.

Standard vs local-radius delivery
Standard delivery suits a single-locality restaurant with its own riders: mark ready, assign, dispatch. Last-mile delivery adds a delivery radius (minimum 5 km, for example 8 km) so addresses outside it can't order delivery, and unlocks partners for overflow.
Delivery fees that match reality
- Flat fee, e.g. ₹40 per delivery
- Free above a bill value, e.g. over ₹499
- Per km, e.g. ₹8/km after the first 3 km
- Mixed rules combining value and distance
- A higher minimum order for cash on delivery
Handover without disputes
OTP for pickup stops wrong-bag handovers at a crowded counter; OTP for delivery confirms the right person received the order. Pickup orders close automatically a set time after they are ready.
Keep aggregators for strangers
OwnCart doesn't ask you to leave Swiggy or Zomato. Use them for discovery, and use your own delivery for regulars where commission makes no sense.
Common questions
Can OwnCart handle delivery?
Yes. Use your own riders, or hire riders on demand through Adloggs: OwnCart gets the delivery quote before the order is placed, and you choose whether the restaurant pays the delivery charge or the guest pays it at checkout. Shadowfax and Porter are also supported. See OwnCart × Adloggs.
Who pays the Adloggs delivery charge?
You choose per outlet. Either the restaurant absorbs it, or it is added to the guest's bill and paid together with the order at checkout.
Can customers pay cash on delivery?
Yes, if you allow it. Online payment and cash on delivery are switched on or off separately per outlet, and you can set a higher minimum order value for cash-on-delivery orders.
Does OwnCart support multiple outlets?
Yes. Each outlet has its own hours, menu availability, POS connection, payments, delivery settings and order ID prefix, all managed from one admin with staff roles.
