Solution
Quick answer

Every busy restaurant leaks money in five places: reach (marketing scattered across WhatsApp, Instagram and SMS; fixed by OwnChat), commission (25–30% to aggregators; fixed by OwnCart 0% ordering), the floor (waiter waits, counter queues and costly kiosks; fixed by table QR and pickup QR), guest data (the app keeps the number; fixed by OwnCart + OwnChat) and retention (regulars stop coming; fixed by OwnRewards).

Problem 1

Aggregators take 25–30% of every order

Today: Even your regulars, who already know you, order through Swiggy or Zomato and you pay commission on every ticket.

With OwnCart — 0% commission direct ordering: Your own website, WhatsApp and QR ordering with a flat ₹10,000 per outlet per year. Move regulars to your link and keep the full ticket.

Problem 2

The aggregator owns your customer

Today: You can't see who ordered, can't message them, and can't bring them back.

With OwnCart — Customer list you own: Every order saves phone, address and history. Customers move automatically through new → recurring → loyal, and you can export or message them.

How it works →
Problem 3

Typing the menu twice

Today: Every price change and sold-out dish has to be updated in the POS and online separately, and they drift apart.

With OwnCart — PetPooja / Positeasy sync: Two-way sync with PetPooja and Positeasy: menu sync, order creation in the POS with KOT, status updates and green bills on WhatsApp.

How it works →
Problem 4

Unpaid, untracked WhatsApp orders

Today: Orders come as chat messages, staff copy them by hand, and some never pay.

With OwnCart — WhatsApp ordering with in-chat pay: The guest says Hi, gets a secure menu link inside WhatsApp and pays by UPI or card. Payment links expire, so the kitchen only cooks paid orders.

How it works →
Problem 5

Tables wait for a waiter

Today: In the rush, guests wait to order and to pay, and orders are misheard.

With OwnCart — Table QR ordering: One QR per table. Guests scan, order, pay online, and the KOT goes straight to the kitchen with the table number.

How it works →
Problem 6

No digital menu, no time to build one

Today: Getting a menu online usually means an agency and a week of data entry.

With OwnCart — AI menu from a photo: Upload a photo or PDF of your menu. AI drafts dishes and prices, you fix what it misread, and QR codes are on the tables tonight. Free.

How it works →
Problem 7

Rider assignment in chat, chaos in the rain

Today: Riders are assigned on WhatsApp groups, and when your own riders are busy the order waits.

With OwnCart — Own riders + delivery partners: Use your riders, or hire riders on demand through Adloggs with a delivery quote before the order is placed. The restaurant or the guest pays the charge.

How it works →
Problem 8

Guests leave at the delivery-fee step

Today: Carts are abandoned and nobody follows up, so that demand is lost.

With OwnCart — Abandoned cart recovery: OwnCart flags abandoned carts and OwnChat sends a WhatsApp reminder with the order summary and a pay link.

How it works →
Problem 9

Regulars quietly stop coming

Today: Nobody notices a regular has not ordered for a month until they are gone.

With OwnCart — 30-day win-back + OwnRewards: Customers inactive for 30 days get a personal offer with a Buy Again link, and OwnRewards points bring them back more often.

How it works →
Problem 10

Friday and festival rush overflows the kitchen

Today: Everyone orders in the same 15 minutes and the kitchen melts down.

With OwnCart — Pre-booking with slot limits: Open pre-booking for weekends and festivals, e.g. 15-minute slots capped at 8 orders, only for thali and biryani, with 4 hours' notice.

How it works →
Problem 11

Discounts with no idea if they work

Today: Offers leak into WhatsApp groups and nobody knows which one brought orders.

With OwnCart — Timed codes + campaign ROI: LUNCH10 only from 12 to 3, unique codes per influencer, and revenue attributed to every campaign, workflow and ad.

How it works →
Problem 12

Every branch runs differently

Today: Different logins, different menus, no single view of what each outlet sells.

With OwnCart — Multi-outlet with staff roles: One admin for every outlet, with its own hours, POS, payments, delivery and order prefix. Counter staff see only what they need.

FAQ

Common questions

Does OwnCart take a commission on restaurant orders?

No. OwnCart charges 0% commission on orders. You pay a flat ₹10,000 per outlet per year for the Restaurant plan. Payment gateway fees (for example Razorpay) and Meta's WhatsApp message charges are billed separately.

Do you replace a kiosk?

Yes. A printed pickup QR at the counter lets guests order and pay on their own phone and get a WhatsApp message when the order is ready, so you don't need kiosk hardware.

What is the Own Suite?

The Own Suite bundles OwnCart ordering (₹10,000), OwnChat WhatsApp marketing (₹5,000) and OwnRewards Standard loyalty (₹10,000) for ₹25,000 per outlet per year. Instagram, SMS and RCS add ₹10,000. Message charges and gateway fees are billed at cost.
