These terms govern use of OwnCart, provided by Ieyal Solutions Pvt. Ltd. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
OwnCart provides online ordering, menu, payment, delivery and related tools for businesses. Features depend on your plan.
Plans and fees
- The Free plan is provided as-is and may change.
- The Restaurant plan is billed at ₹10,000 per outlet per year unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- OwnCart charges no commission on orders. Payment gateway fees and Meta WhatsApp message charges are billed separately.
Your responsibilities
- Accurate menu, prices, taxes and food information, including veg / non-veg labels
- Fulfilling orders and handling refunds under your own policies and applicable law
- Getting customer consent before sending marketing messages, and following WhatsApp's policies
- Keeping your login and staff access secure
Payments to you
Customer payments are processed by your payment gateway under its terms and settled to you by the gateway.
Availability and liability
We work to keep OwnCart available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.
Termination
You can stop using OwnCart at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
