OwnCart pre-booking lets restaurants take advance orders for festivals and weekends. You set campaign dates, allowed order types (delivery, pickup, dine-in), time slots with a maximum number of orders, the dishes included and a minimum notice period. Fill stats show which slots are filling.
How pre-booking works
- Create a campaignName it (e.g. Diwali thali week) and set start and end dates.
- Choose order typesAllow delivery, pickup and dine-in, or only some of them.
- Set slots and limitsFor example 15-minute slots with a maximum of 8 orders each. Full slots can't be booked.
- Pick the dishesOnly the categories your kitchen can batch, like thali and biryani.
- Set rulesMinimum notice, e.g. 4 hours, so no slot is too close to prep time.
- Publish and watch fillCampaign cards appear on your website; fill stats show which slots are filling.

- Weekend rush: spread Friday to Sunday orders across slots
- Festivals: Diwali, Pongal, Ramzan and Christmas specials ordered in advance
